Bill Hale founded/created Whale Ventures, LLC  in 2001  to offer land development project management services to a growing Atlanta market. Bill has over 35 years of civil site construction experience. As a young man, he worked alongside his father in the pipe and grading business. He has worked with pipe and excavation companies, development companies, and has grown Whale Ventures, LLC into what it is today. In the down cycle, Bill grew his erosion control business, and has since, partnered with Xeritech to create an NPDES monitoring business, and is also partner in Atlanta Hydrovac specializing in utility location and sediment cleanup.  By partnering in these peripheral businesses, Bill is able to ensure that the customer’s best interests are served, however, his primary focus remains land development.
